We are the Data Fiduciary (under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023) and the Data Controller (under the EU General Data Protection Regulation) for personal data processed through this Website.

A.2. DATA WE COLLECT ON THE WEBSITE
When you visit aivirex.in, the following categories of data may be processed:
- Usage and analytics data — pages visited, time on page, referral source, browser type, device type, and approximate location (country/city level) via Google Analytics 4. This data is collected only with your consent.
- Session recording data — mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and session replays via Microsoft Clarity. This data is collected only with your consent.
- Booking information — if you book a consultation via the Google Calendar scheduling widget embedded on the Website, Google collects your name and email address directly. We receive those details to follow up on your enquiry.
- WhatsApp / contact data — if you click a WhatsApp button, you are redirected to WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd). Any message you send is subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. We receive only the content of the message you choose to send.
- Technical / log data — standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) processed by Netlify (our hosting provider) for security and performance purposes.

A.6. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS
As detailed above, several of our third-party processors (Google, Microsoft, Netlify) store and process data on servers located in the United States and other countries outside India and the European Economic Area. Where required:
- For EU/EEA visitors: transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
- For Indian visitors: transfers are made in accordance with applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. As cross-border transfer rules under §16 of the DPDP Act are yet to be notified, we rely on contractual safeguards with our processors in the interim.
A.7. DATA RETENTION
- Google Analytics data — retained for 14 months (our GA4 retention setting), then automatically deleted by Google.
- Microsoft Clarity session recordings — retained for 90 days per Clarity's default policy.
- Consultation booking data — retained in our calendar system for as long as the client relationship is active, then deleted within 2 years of the last interaction.
- Netlify server logs — retained for 30 days.
- Consent records — stored in your browser's localStorage and cleared when you clear browser data or change your preference.
A.8. YOUR RIGHTS
As a visitor to this Website, you have the following rights under applicable law:
- Right of Access — You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Correction — You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure — You may request deletion of your personal data where there is no legitimate reason to continue processing it.
- Right to Data Portability (GDPR Art. 20) — You may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

- Business Information: This information includes the name, address, contact details, location (inclusive of street, city, state, pin code, country, IP address), branches (inclusive of any affiliates and their locations), and type of business of the Users who are willing to use the Service for the purpose of recording and maintaining their clientele.
- User Authentication Data: We authenticate our users only through the information obtained through Google account sign-in, ensuring that the same is used to configure users signing into the application. All the details that are imparted due to signing in through the Google account are also collected, inclusive of the User profile picture, email ID, name, and IP address.
- Customized Form Data: Attendify provides customized data form templates such that users can store information about their members/ clientele in any manner they so wish. The Customized Form Template will be collected exclusive of the members' information stored by the users.
- Log Data: We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
